Agreed.
I believe that people who do as much as they can to draw attention to themselves, are the people who have nothing to offer to the world. The people who listen to the same music as everyone else, because they want to fit in; The people who brag about what they have, and what others don’t; The people who spend six hours whoring themselves up to go out; The people who dye their hair crazy colors; The people who tattoo and piece themselves; The people who brag about their grades; The people who wear fake contacts: what do they have to offer?
The people that are always the center of attention, are never the best looking, or the smartest. They are the people who have something to offer - not just a pretty smile, or help with homework. They have something extraordinary about them; about their being. An incredible personality: a way of showing you that they are truly interested in what you have to say. Look normal, be weird, be happy, be crazy, be spontaneous - because that’s what people are looking for. Nobody likes someone that acts just like everybody else.
